We are here to help you get what you want by sharing ideas and solutions to inspire and guide you. Our frame of reference is an approach to living called Sage Vita, developed by Barbara Meynert. Sage Vita, loosely translated as a ‘wise life’, is based on three pillars – sound body, sound mind and sound finances.

We do not prescribe expert exercise and nutrition regime for you to follow, nor do we give investment advice. Our aim is to inform you to make appropriate lifestyle choices and create your own Sage Vita, and to inspire you to combine the three pillars of Sage Vita with lifelong learning and an engagement with the world around, and to stimulate you with new perspectives.
