Top three reasons Weight Watchers is a great diet program

3. No special food to buy.  This goes along nicely with number one above and being able to eat whatever you want. One of the great things about WW is that you are not required to purchase any special foods to follow the program. You can work with whatever you have on hand or purchased. If you feel inclined, you can purchase some of the WW stuff they have available like frozen dinners, crackers, etc.
