Life expectancy – the timeline for humans

Life expectancy is the average expected lifespan of an individual; it varies considerably according to geography, economic condition, class and gender. Life expectancy rises sharply in all cases for those who survive childbirth and early childhood to reach puberty.

Sage Vita advice:

The real Sage Vita combines introspection with engagement in the world.

What is the point of looking after yourself if you have no ambitions to fulfil, no tastes to indulge, no adventures left to live, and, most of all, nothing to give.

A sound plan for living wisely extends beyond yourself, to an engagement with the world.
